Statements and Invoices

Invoices are generated when a company overpaid or underpaid benefits or when reports are paid late. Delinquencies accrue interest at 1-1/4% per month. There is also a one-time late payment fee (damages) of 10% of the delinquent balance.

Invoices are generated every 30 days until paid in full. If an invoice is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, a new invoice which supersedes the previous invoice is created. When paying invoices always use the most recent invoice.

If you have overpaid benefits, you will receive a credit memo. This credit memo can be used against future benefit payments. Report benefits as normal, but reduce your check by the amount of the credit memo. Include a copy of the credit memo with your remittance.
