Fund Codes

Account Fund Codes are used to identify what association will receive the funds you have submitted. There are over 60 different tracking funds and/or associations the Fund Office sends money to each day. These codes that precede each account fund name on the settlement is very important for processing the reports. Please copy them exactly onto your custom form.

Each line in the account form column of the settlement form is designated for a particular fund. Again, it is important when creating custom forms to place the proper fund on the proper line. Below is a summary of each line item.
