Adult Dependent Enrollment

Summary:

Effective January 1, 2011, the Greater Pennsylvania Carpenters Medical Plan will cover children up to the age 26 without regard to marital status, student status, financial dependency or other special requirements.

Effective January 1, 2011, the Greater Pennsylvania Carpenters Medical Plan will cover stepchildren up to the age 26 in the same manner as biological children.

Action Needed?

If you have a stepchild / stepchildren or a child under the age of 26 who has been terminated that you want to add to the plan, either download the application or contact the Fund Office right away to request an application.

Once the application is completed and signed, it should be mailed to the following address:
